Customer answers as a research input.

Look at what a survey response establishes, what an attribution comparison leaves out, and which question comes next.

Shared ownership: Proof Circuits is published by Pixel & Shelf, which also makes Firsthand. This is a product introduction from our own publishing group.
Firsthand.

Your customer answered.
Now it’s your move.

Post-purchase survey answers add another source of context to a Shopify order. Firsthand brings those answers into a place where an operator can explore patterns and decide what to investigate next.

01 / Customer context

Compare audiences.

Look at how answers differ between customer groups. Keep the sample, date range and audience definitions visible when interpreting a difference.

02 / Attribution context

Compare two accounts.

Set what a customer reported beside the channel recorded in order analytics. A disagreement is a reason to investigate; it does not establish which touchpoint caused the purchase.

03 / AI workflows

Bring evidence into the brief.

Read-only MCP access can make survey evidence available to a compatible assistant or bridge. Check authentication support and review the original evidence before acting on a summary.

Start with the decision.

The useful question is the one that connects to a decision you can make. Ask where someone first heard of the store when you need discovery context. Ask what almost stopped them when you need to understand friction. Those answers serve different purposes.

Customer responses and analytics each have limits. People can forget a source, responses can be missing, and channel mappings may need attention. Keep those limits attached to a finding when sharing it with a team.

This introduction describes a potential workflow. It does not present independent testing, a ranking, or evidence of improved sales.
